Tech Tree Building System Overhaul

• Removed tech tree (will be incorporated as part of meta-progression later)
• Added worker placement mechanic
• All buildings unlocked - constructible as long as blueprints are obtained

Clearer Game Objectives

• Complete missions to increase Universal Reputation for victory
• Maintain immigrant satisfaction
• Game over when Construction Bureau's patience is exhausted

  • WASD for camera movement
